River City: Revived and Revised (gimmie your LGBT comics)

After going on an unexpected hiatus of several months, I'm finally back at it. And the break allowed me to step back and revise stuff, especially regarding the metadata-ish stuff (summary, genre, etc).

New stuff: Crawford Stone will do anything to protect his younger brother. From bailing him out of jail in the middle of the night to standing up to their corrupt politician of a father--the only person in the world he truly fears. They have remained hidden from him for years. But as the man's search closes in on them both, Crawford and his friends must also take on the king of the city's underworld. How much more is he willing to sacrifice?

River City is an LGBT+ retro sci-fi comic full of drama and action. People with special abilities (known as phenoms) are just part of daily life, but so is political corruption. A cast of queer characters face impossible odds and discover unexpected secrets.

Really liking your comic so far, the style is really interesting, it's got a more realistically proportioned caricature look to it.

Off the top of my head I can only think of a couple non-romance LGBT+ comics.

Demon of the Underground
Urban fantasy/paranormal

Heirs of the Veil
Urban fantasy/mystery

Aaaand if I remember right, Unknown Lands has LGBT+ characters.

If you have trouble finding comics to read I'd suggest checking out the LGBT+ Webcomics Tagpacker page, it has all kinds of comics on it, and a lot of filters where you'd probably be able to find some platonic works.

Oh hey I remember seeing your comic around before, welcome back!

I have a fantasy/action comic with a heavily LGBT+ cast, although some characters will eventually be in relationships so I can't promise zero romance. But it's not the primary focus.

I have a action horror/dark fantasy comic with a bi protagonist and other lgbt characters.

As for other comics: even though the comic was discontinued there were some lgbt characters in it and was an enjoyable read:

This comic does have sex, and involves relationships, but I wouldn't consider it romantic in any way.

It seems like a romance, but the relationship of the MCs is on the platonic side.
