I'm referring to thumbnails still being used frequently on the desktop website, not the app. I can go into the Fresh section of pretty much any comic genre and still find people updating while not having a book cover, just the old thumbnails

I remember when book covers were first announced that the Tapas team said book covers would be required as of late July. But now we're more than halfway through August and I still see a lot of comics updating while having the old square thumbnail format. Does anybody know what happened? Did the dead…

Your comic appeared in this week's Sunday Comics. That's where I saw it, anyway

Hey there! My comic isn't romance at all! It's mostly a mix of informative reassurance and self exploration, but it's all focused around gender identity. I think it would be neat to build a community. Do you want us to link our comics so we can read what each other writes?

Looking at this thumbnail, I can't really tell what the series is going to be about. Is it a comedy? Slice of life? Just the ramblings of this main character? I'd like just a little more indication, but that also might be personal preference. Also, I'm not sure if this is true or intentional, but …

I'm fascinated that you think the above examples 'suck'. Do you have a Discord so we can chat about the possibility of working together easier?

What kind of collab are you looking for? As in, are you hoping to be paid, for example, or are you just looking for a creative partner (because I've had the beginnings of an idea kicking around for a while now but I'm not confident enough in my art to do it myself yet. Also I'm broke)

I just noticed that you added your discord in your post. Would you like us to reach out to you there as well? Or add ours so you can reach out?

Hello! Biromantic ace here! I run a comic on gender exploration and experiences, since I'm also nonbinary, but I'd love to participate in the Q&A if you're still looking for people!

This is an amazing comic! It's focused primarily on LGBTQ+ issues, particularly those faced by young people either from school, or from outside adults. It has adorable art, and it provides so many important pieces of information. It's relatable to members of the queer community, and informative t…

The original comment was about menus, which is the part along the top and that's identical between comic and novels. Although I do agree that there are likely much better ways of handling both menus and displaying series in general

To be fair, it is the same menu as on the comics side. And also part of it is probably based on scaling of your screen. Here's what each look like for me. [image] [image]

Lowkey working on planning a new comic. This time featuring a plot! [image]

My comic updates weekly. Every Sunday! And I do think it would be nice to be able to know if a comic updates often or not

Are you talking about the progress bar towards milestones? Because I just checked my dashboard and I can still see mine

I can confirm, I went on incognito mode and checked my comic. I just scheduled my next update a few hours ago, and people can read it by hitting the next arrow. Does anyone know when this will get fixed?? Edit: Don't know if someone mentioned this, but this problem only applies to desktop. Mobile …

I use this as a reaction image more than I probably should. [image]

Mature (NSFW) has its own tab, doesn't it?

Yes, please. I very much agree that a dark mode is necessary, or at least other color options than just a vast sea of white

Ah, there's a scaling issue, in that case. It only appears when I have my browser in full-screen mode, which I never do. Thanks for letting me know, though

Could someone please tell me how to access my dashboard? The button doesn't exist that I can find

Yeah, it's been down for a few hours now, which is really unfortunate

An art request that I completed last weekend! [image]

Oh hey! My comic is black and white!

Oh hey, this applies to me

Hey, I can join in this! [image]

Hey, my comic is a slice of life about living as a nonbinary person Another one that's similar in genre is Gender Slices, which isn't mine, but is another person's view of what their life as a nonbinary person is like
