What's the current team composition? Is it three writers looking for a single artist? If so (and given it seems like you all have plans of release schedules and merch sales in the future) it might be better to decide now whether this will be an unpaid 'passion project' collaboration, or a full-fledged project with a real attempt at monetization.
It also might be a good idea to go more into who is currently working on the collab; what, if anything, have they done before, what skills do they bring to the table that can help with marketing the comic, organization and project management, or assisting the artist with the workload. In short: why should a potential artist want to work on this project? What value would joining this team offer?
