Feel free to share and talk about your characters here! They can be a character from your comic, your novel, a character you quickly made during class in your notebook, or just be a random character that you happened to make one day with no plans for them yet!

You can share as much or as little as you want about them, such as how you thought of them, their creation process, their backstory, traits, personality, appearance, etc.

I'd love to see the different things that people have came up with! And who knows, maybe you'll even find some inspiration here? Just no character stealing!

Well here's Japhin. He's lived a pretty sheltered life (extremely sheltered actually....he lived in a cave commune) and despite having dreams of being independent and self sufficient, gained a curse which has given him unstable dangerous magic powers causing him to have to live in hiding. He really just wants to live a normal life but due to his fame being an extremely talented fighter, it has caused him to make many enemies and attract questionable allies.

He mostly keeps his hair extremely long and isn't interested in fancy clothing. He seems really passive and calm most of the time being a man of faith but if you get on his bad side or if he gets into a bad situation, he will viciously curse which may seem out of character but really he has a lot of anger he keeps pent up.

Half-Human
Age: 25
Born from a human mother after she was raped by a gang of Anithos(animal people race), he is mostly kept secluded from society by his military-minded half-brother. He obediently does whatever his bother tells him to, serving as his brother’s right hand and body guard in most instances. He thinks little of himself after growing up under his brother’s thumb, and is distrustful of the world. He struggles internally with his own identity and sexuality, and is haunted by his feeling of isolation.
Motivation: He is motivated by a need for companionship, a need to please his brother, Fallon, and guilt over his own existence.
Talents: Brawling, Tracking, Sword play
Good Qualities: Loyal, polite, and kind.
Bad Qualities: Gar is weak-willed, passive, fearful of the world, and has trouble forming healthy relationships.

Howdy. This is Shilo.

Shilo is a 21-year-old, alien reaper-demon-dog-ferret hybrid. He's 2'9" tall and weighs about 59 lbs. He is small but very, very feisty. He has alcoholic tendencies, an expansive vocabulary of cusswords, and is undoubtedly the most murderous Vegan you will ever meet. Apples are crack to him and he has a mild addiction to V8 Fusion. He is highly aggressive towards other males but, remarkably, does very well with females and children.

In fact, he uses his demonic powers (limited immortality, super strength, speed, spider-like climbing abilities, unsettling levels of flexibility, and a set of claws that can pierce through nearly any material known to man) to save children from abusive and perilous situations. He has enchanted gloves that conceal his demon form. Like Elsa, only a ravaging demon. So not like Elsa. He is also unwillingly a babysitter to many. And he has an adoptive fire-breathing human daughter named Genesis. He is basically the world's most unconventional fairy god mother.

I have 9 siblings in my comic TLC and I made bios around the start of the comic for all of them!

Of course my art style has improved since then and I've revised certain parts of their backstory so its not 100% accurate anymore but it still give a rough idea. The setting is modern fantasy with a bit of mystery thrown in.

@Zyephen From initial appearances, I'd never think that he was "weak-willed and passive." I like the design and his suit, there's so much detail! I imagine this is part of an ongoing comic? (If not, it should be)

Eh, he's powerful....but too depressed and solitary to really do anything. He spends most of his day eating fruit and sleeping in trees lol.

Besides, relative to the setting of the comic, he's not extraordinarily powerful. There's a lot of monsters n' stuff.

@Bree_Mana Really like the amount of detail and information you put into each character! This is probably something I need to do at some point too cause I have a ton of characters, but not much info about them

My main character of my current comic frequency Overload(only a few pages for now). She's a very excitable and very nerdy 13-year-old girl whose both easily impressed and curious about the world around her. She has bee switching a lot from France to England because of her parents' work. and currently, at the start of the story, she is staying with her uncle whilst they work in France. Thou has not appeared in the comic yet the main plot kicks off when she found she was the only one able to read a strange book(and that's the extent of her power). Just an overall goofball who wants to make friends.
