Heya! I made this thread so I can see the villians of other fantasy creators.

So let me start things off.

This is Ketsueki Alucard. She's an Angel hating Vampire. Her strengths are speed and intelligence.

Abilities: Blood Manipulation and Encyclopedic Knowledge.

Other feats: Can track objects moving at the speed of light. Will NEVER get hit by the same attack twice. Immune to blood related diseases/illnesses.

I'm as old as the universe itself and every bad thing that happens in it can be traced back to my avatars dark influence. I sped most of my days isolated in the Final Chamber of the Amber Vines Inn, a cursed mansion hidden deep in the woods that is both accessible from almost anywhere and yet nearly impossible to find.

My abilities are gross and anyone who so much as sees them in action would completely tilt out.

I'm a bit of a hermit but I do occasionally like to entertain the guests of the Inn.

Oh boy! Here's the ones from Splitting Image that I have art for so far.

Dark Lord Nycticorax is the "main" villain of the comic as far as the story goes. Their name, species and even gender is unknown, always clad in dark armor and a feathered white cape, with a shaky grasp of black magic but great abilities with their blood-red sabre. Their magic is similar to Mortimer's; but there's clearly a lot of learning happening to compensate for the sheer violence and purpose with which they attack our main group and temples around the kingdom - green around the gills but just as dangerous.

Phantasmata is a zombie-like villain summoned by Dark Lord Nycticorax during their attacks, and is far more experienced. She was once summoned by Mortimer as Dark Lord Mortallon for a distraction, and the glitter of mutal is an easy payment for her to wreck havoc on cities using her Nightmare lackeys.

She seems to attract them and put them under her thrall using a mysterious substance known as sable essence, a pitch-black material that changes from liquid to smoke easily and seems to put people to sleep in instants and reform into massive material forms of the victim's subsconscious, called Inner Shadows. With this, the Nightmares can feed on their dreams, and Phantasmata is free to steal and destroy whatever she needs, or collect data on the sable essence's effects for her endless research. She is no slouch fighting without her minions or sludge, however, and is a shadow mage who uses shadows to cheat and trap her way to victory.

The Gate Mirror... Is an intersting case, but it doesn't look much like a good creature, does it? A sentient old mirror that reflects what it faces and a little bit more, created to record black magic spells and enchanted to move on its own. It might've been created by a Dark Lord before Mortimer, and taught him to use things not found in books or ruined lairs and he used it as a focus more than once to seek out villains in the Realm Forgotten; and rather than leave its unknown location, it seems to torment the ex-villain for not spreading such occult knowledge to the world, just by existing. It might be serving something or someone that doesn't want to show their face...

Susanoo, the first of many villains in my series Ray Thunder. Susanoo, like Ray- is a lightning based demi-god(demi-goddess); she possesses superhuman strength, speed, near invulnerability(she can be killed; it just takes a LOT to kill her), healing, flight, & able to generate/manipulate lightning and electricity on an unimaginable scale.

Susanoo is highly skilled in hand to hand combat and sword combat. Susanoo can summon the legendary "Susanoo [god] sword", the Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi; she only uses it as a last resort- the sword is powerful enough to destroy a small to mid sized planet.

Oooh. I love villains.
Here we have the first big bad of my series, Loki. He's on a vengeance spree and is using Rip to punish Vykir for as of yet unexplained reasons.

He's a race called a War Elf or Aesir
His power is called the Teleportation Spark

Here's my other favorite baddie, Erick Blackhart. A power hungry boi, he's on track to being a bigshot one day. But right now, he's just a Merc.
He's a human.
He's got a power called Singularity Spark, in which he can absorb the Energy Field of other Sparks and use it himself. (There's also a secondary ability that's unrevealed as of yet)

I've got a few more, but I'll leave it at those two for now.

While my series doesn't have a clear villain yet, i do have this guy who looks kinda shady. The real question: IS he a villain? Or just a misunderstood good guy?

Oh, and Andrew gains a antagonistic role for two episodes. Well sort of.

I've got a couple! Though, it'll be a while before the second one shows up in the comic proper.

An enigmatic young man fixated on the protagonist--and with wealth of understanding about her true nature that spurs his fixation on. He's a powerful and wealthy sorcerer with seemingly effortless control over all types of elemental magic.
While he has his own goals in mind, he doesn't mind taking roundabout ways to reach those goals, even at the expense of those who get caught up in his schemes.

Spoiler for way later in the comic, though I think their antagonism isn't up to debate?

Celia is the leader of the Ladean theocracy and zealously upholds its laws to abide by the god's will for the "greater good"--at the cost of any amount of life and suffering of the people. Aside from her theocratic duties, she is also responsible for tending to the dormant god within their temple and helping oversee the flow of life throughout the world.

I just introduced one of the primary antagonists at the end of the current chapter!

And I can't wait to make readers feel horribly conflicted about him!
I haven't gotten the chance to reveal much about him yet, except that he has a slew of devoted followers and they don't shy away from bloodshed. He's also an Enja, which means he heals very quickly, can regrow limbs if neccessary, and will never look his age.

This is an Ibirti.
The Ibirti clan can shapeshift which makes them dangerous as they can simply blend in. They are also dangerous in their true form as they are powerful beasts.
A secret Bureau has been established to hunt them down.

This is Thyra. She's a Goddess with a Curse. She's a Narcissist and so the curse makes her not being able to see herself in a mirror, since she'll only see what she really looks like from inside, something horrible..

I also got this one here, who's also one of the bad guys!

Well I never had a defined villain in my comic but I guess the most obvious one is Roach. He lusted and obsessed over demons to the point it drove away his friends and family. It got so bad that he wanted to become a demon himself leading to him doing so and going mad in the process. Underneath his violent urges and fixations he still has humanity but it is fleeting.

Well, the villain of my story is actually the protagonist of the story. Thus she is a villain protagonist.

Super-powered Mafia Queen with a dark brutal past as a child soldier, she represent the sin of Wrath. Her name is Ira Dante:

She has monstrous strength, demonic bloodlust and a powerfully murderous aura that when triggered, causes almost everyone around her to feel intense fear; like prey with a predator breathing down their necks, too close to escape from. She is cunning and intelligent but also impulsive and violatile. Her passion is part of her charisma, but the intensity of that passion easily goes wild.
