Heya! Itch.io allows adult and queer content. When it comes to comics it's mostly used to distribute PDFs, but if you know some html or can find a template (I haven't looked) you could set up a custom webcomic page through the site.
My favorite thing about the site is you can set your own prices, or use variable pricing schemes similar to a Kickstarter pledge (and you get to decide how much revenue you share with itch.io, if any). For example, let's say I had a minicomic I could put that up as a free download (however itch.io always encourages people to pay for free content which is nice), but in addition to the minicomic PDF I could also put say, a .zip of my Photoshop files behind a Paywall. Or I could set up a "pay with a tweet" scheme, where people have to make a Twitter post about my content before they can download it. There are a lot of options and its pretty rad
Definitely give it a look - the site is well established in the indie games world, but the comic side of it is still pretty new so you have less competition than you would on a site like webtoons. That said a lot of your typical webcomic marketing logic also doesn't apply because their algorithms don't really account for regularly updating webcomics (from what I know)
