As for your drawing the head is extremely tiny and the neck is very long. Maybe just rescale the head up so it looks proportionate to the body. I'm sure you can just google search human male and compare it. The eyes are looking in two different directions, i'm sure that's also an easy fix, just try to move the left one to line up with the right's view point. The one without intense colored lighting looks better.

I love it ! You really cannot go wrong with a sleek black and white drawing, grey shadows and colored background. It's a classic but a good one !
