^^^ this one was I think 2011, I'm a big DC fan and when young justice came out I had to draw these two, but then I never finished watching YJ. They're so wonky looking though XD

I drew a lot of dumb Naruto stuff but the whole point of them was that they were awful, so I don't really find them too embarrassing. (from 2007)

Here's my cringey lookin' 7 year old Link fan art from 2011 lol

I was fresh out of high school, had no experience with digital art, had no serious art education, and thought that varying shades of BLACK was a suitable color for shading (Protip: Don't shade with black, it looks muddy and dull).
I think this particular Link is some sort of strange amalgam of the ones from Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, and Skyward Sword (which had just released at the time).

I used to shade with black and opacity slider for a while as well^^; Mostly since I was used to working in grey-scale (or layering copics).

I wouldn't tell people to never shade with black/grey tho. Personally I might only use it in like 1% of color pictures but it does have its uses
