If there is one thing I know about Yonkoma comics is that they are used better for comedy or jokes with a clear start, middle, end. I struggled a lot on with that with my webcomic "My Roommate is a Murderer!!" in the beginning and it doesn't help that not everyone is gonna like your jokes. While traditionally used for comedy, yonkomas are great for showing information in a short amount of time.
I can see that your yonkoma's doing great in all those aspects, though I do feel that in your introduction could easily fit into the yonkoma (eg, make first panel introduction and build up the joke to the end) In your Naga one for example, you could fit the "Nagas are superior" panel into the second panel "we are beautiful" and you can still keep your climax buildup in your third panel and punchline in 4th. As Navi.Hog said, you should keep a consistent format and I think this is one way to do it!
Yonkomas are definitely difficult because it asks of you to do good structure despite your paneling restrictions but because of that, it is oh so fun, especially when you get it right.
