Should I open a size page of 940x14000 px and draw my tapas comic like that?

Or will there be a problem if I open a canvas and start drawing my episode at 940x14000 px?

I think that I read online that I should draw at a bigger size and then resize it for Tapas, however I am not sure if that is the correct thing to do

I personally work them at 1536 x 2048

Then they get resized to 800 x 1067

Done panel by panel then uploaded. Much easier to do it that way.

I draw really big (sometimes as much as 10k pixels wide) because I like to add detail. I realize most of that detail is lost in the downsizing, but I know it’s there - but more importantly, I also like a big canvas.

I draw 3150x4725 because it's more comfortable to draw on a larger canvas. I then resize them to the appropriate size for tapas (940px wide I believe? I don't know the exact number since I've automated the resizing process)

I used to start my canvases at 940x1080px and then make them longer or shorter depending on how much space i needed but when i get back to it I'll likely be working with a larger canvas but a similar ratio to make resizing easier.

but the most common advice is to start with a larger canvas and resize but imo i usually just say to work with what feels most comfortable and go from there
