These are from a recent page I completed.
First, I'll paste in my layout layer to center my panels (or in this case create a new one). Then on a second layer, I'll sketch out the scene taking place with a blue pencil brush. There will be times where I'd have to make a new layer for perspective lines, if necessary.
Then, I'll ink over my pencils with my brush and Draw the panels. On seperate layers of course. I dont actually use the same brush for inking and paneling btw.
And since this section of my comic will be in black in white, I'll add in the shading weather it be all black, screen tones, or with grey color brush
