I have no sketches to share but I just want to say that I love what I'm seeing so far. Some of the sketches are simply beautiful. There is something about unfinished sketchy artwork that just looks pleasing to me.

Very early design concept for what young prologue Rekki was going to look like. She was originally more intense looking and prettier, more like adult Rekki, but then I was like "nah, baby Rekki is totally this dorky exciteable little tomboy". Also for some reason a running trend in these sketches will be SWORDS ON THE WRONG SIDE. Rekki is, of course, left-handed, so her sword is always on the right.

Concepts for adult Sarin with... THE SWORD ON THE WRONG FREAKING SIDE AGAIN AAGH. But some fun facts here about her, like her lactose intolerance and love of boardgames.

Rough character sheet for adult Rekki and her amazing pants. People were surprised by the revelation that Rekki grew up to be pretty short (poor lass, she's taller than me at least!) I guess it was different for me because adult Rekki was designed before 14 year old Rekki.

Honestly, since I have started working digitally the closest thing to a sketchbook is my comic. I tend to do fanart or painting when I am drawing for my own pleasure. this is one of dream from Neil Gaiman's sandman. I also did one of death but I don't know if there is a limit on file size so I will share it only if someone asks or I change the file size after I smoke lol

I went through SO MANY sketches for the concept of my character's spellproof coats. I wanted them to feel sort of military, sort of Victorian, and sort of magical, and I had a really hard time finding that balance. After way too many tries, I finally found something I liked.

...Then realized that I seriously had to simplify some of the details if I was going to be drawing these coats thousands of times over and over again. So I kept the same general designs, but reduced some of the details to streamline the drawing process.

Sure, here's some preliminary art I did for Ring Spell when I was still trying to figure out what the heck it was going to be about XD The character designs have changed quite a bit since then. I was still using my old logo then as well.

I have a few bits of concept art here and there. Most of it is pretty old and has plot stuff I've abandoned, so I don't really consider it concept art anymore.

I have one unfinished piece that had the old costume designs for two of my villain characters, Wreck and Kit.

And the old costume design for Kit. It was the first drawing I ever did of her.
