My advice is, if your stuck on an idea, try exploring something from real life. Stuck on where to take your setting? Research about places you haven't been too. Can't think of a witty dialogue piece? Try saying a line to a friend and see how they respond!

Just keep going! It takes a while to grow a fanbase, or sometimes even to get anyone to see. Reach out to friends and family(if your content is something you wouldn't mind them seeing) to start gaining a few readers! It helps websites not try and hide you away as much. Just keep going and be transparent with your viewers, if something was late, or you couldn't get an update out tell them! Communication goes a long way

When you're watching movies, reading books, consuming media, etc. look for things that you really like or you think are working for the story, and maybe implement them in your own work.
for example I really like when the characters in ghibli movies make food according to the setting, so I did a little of that in my comic as well: heres the rest of my comic
