Plot
The story is about a beautiful harem protagonist getting crushed to death by a satellite and being reincarnated as a stick figure. Hijinks ensue as we see our protagonist struggle to be popular again. He slowly comes to terms with the fact that without his good looks, he’s really a despicable person.
Story is a mix between Diary of a Wimpy Kid and the Disastrous Life of Saiki K.
Art style is very simple. 95% of it is stick figures. Since they have no faces, the only way to distinguish them is their hair, glasses, and clothes. The other 5% of the comic are manga flashbacks. There’s also sequences where we see the two art styles come together as our protagonist pictures his manga self in the stick figure world.
At the end of every arc, the protagonist will write in his journal where we see him talk about how weird the world is.
Each episode will be short and sweet (12-13 panels long). So far I’ve planned the first season out (27 episodes) (I'm fine if you're only interested in staying for the first season, though keep in mind season 2 is the final season). I’ve managed to write three episodes in one week. To show how confident I am with my story, I’ll be linking three scripts below (I've changed formats on the third script).
My Background
Here’s my portfolio:
I’m the co-founder of a small animation group called “Power Plant Animations”. We’re currently working on an animated Youtube series called “Power Plant” with me acting as a screenwriter.
I also have experience as a social media manager for a short animation, @ProjectTBF.
An artist hired me to edit her comic’s dialogue, Hok. You can learn more about her comic here:

As for published work, I’m currently writing a one-shot that'll be out soon. I’ve posted updates on my social media accounts:

The Deal:
If you help me on the project, I’ll help manage/advertise your social media accounts while proofreading any script you throw at me (as long as it isn’t NSFW). Not enough? I’ll write scripts for you (I'll even suggest ideas).
In order to cut down on workload, I’ll be able to help with storyboarding for this project (although keep in mind, due to me not having the proper equipment, I’ll have to rely on taking pictures with my phone).
Due to my autoimmune, I’m unable to get a job atm (I'm more susceptible Corona), so we’ll have to rely on revshare and the money we make on Google Books (I’ll give you a larger cut). That said, I do plan on pitching this to Webtoons/Tapas.
My Goal
All I want is to tell a great story. I see potential in this comic and I think it’ll be really awesome if we made it into a reality.
