I have two. The first is that Kevin Kacleod music song--not a sound effect, I know, but you hear it all the time no matter where I go. I think it's called mischief or something like that? Then the chipmunks laugh. I can't stand it because 1.
It's obnoxious and 2. I can't help but to actually laugh when I hear it

Kevin MacLeod is one of my favorite music composers of all time but yes his songs are overrated too. There are some good ones that need more attention. He wrote a lot. Monkeys Spinning Monkeys is a bop but if it gets overplayed it gets annoying.

I personally listened to his music in middle school and I’m even listening to his piano pieces as I’m typing this.

When it’s overplayed yes it can get really annoying I agree with you.

Last year in February, I remember hearing the Baby Kate Cry in the first episode The Expanse, it startled me and I skip the part on the episode, it was used for a baby crying in the background when one of the characters saw homeless people in a street, I really hate it when they use it for babies crying in the background, it gets very annoying fast, speaking of which I heard the Baby Mario Cry in the first episode of The Goode Family for a baby crying in the background, I don't like it when they use stock baby cries for babies crying in the background, it's very annoying.
