Dreams are your subconscious communicating with ya.
I got my dreams to stop repeating when I started looking for the meaning
I usually take note of the elements. Sometimes we forget about the dream in a few seconds, so I make a conscious attempt to name all the key elements as fast as possible (and then I write it down).
In your case it would be: Bubble, cage, locked. And also the feeling you had, which I guess would be something like: trapped, anxious, stressed...
Or for the second one: family, friends, neighbors, teachers, melt, rain, and again, the feelings (like, panic, lonliness, desperation...)
You can also look on the ambience light, what were you wearing, the predominant colours around you...
When I have that list, I search "dream with..." + each word at a time (I personally do it in my native language).
Then I check on different web results. As it is a really nuanced work and every detail matters, you gotta look for the meaning with a critic eye. There are sites that have more info, others have a general peek on the matter, they may not include the same range of interpretations, there may even be sites with lgbtphobe interpretations (careful with those).
I usually end up finding the meaning of each key word like "no...nno... that's not it... yes! this is what I was... oh, that makes sense". When I finish searching, I usually already crafted the message.
Getting it usually helps with nightmares because the "I was quartered to pieces and then put together " becomes "I'm internaly divided in a moral debate ", and so it stops being so scary.
