Subscriber Slippage

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong so would appreciate any feedback.

My comic used to get a handful of subscribers every week, usually around the updates.

Now I just lose them whenever I update with no new ones to balance it out. I know that subscribers come and go, but new subscribers have entirely stopped coming while the few I have are slowly going. This isn't a seasonal issue such as summer or a dead month, or subscribers slowing down because the comic is no longer new, this has been going on for almost a year and I can't figure out how to get out of this funk.

I don't know if it is a visibility issue, the subscriber silence followed closely with the changes to tapas, or if it's just a matter of quality.

If anyone else found a way to escape subscriber stagnation, please let me know. I know people say don't pay attention to the numbers, but it is discouraging to know that instead of growing an audience, new pages just mean less subscribers at the end of the day.

I found that recently my subs have started to stagnate and it's really starting to scare me. Yeah, I don't write books for the subs, but usually i get one or two a day and I haven't had any for a while? Anyone have any idea why this is happening? If it's my work, I'm more than happy to take critique. Here's the work i'm on about. It's been at 15 subs for about 4 days.

You comic is one of my favorites, I hope it got more love. Looking at the recomended thread...honestly nobody seems to know. I'm not satisfied by the answer "you are not going to get subs every time you update". We know that, we don't do it for the numbers, and still to have several updates without any traction is not looking good. My general views and subs dropped too.

I know that you do promote in social media. So is not like you are just sitting there expecting subs.
Maybe join Instagram too. Or other platforms that are more oriented to visuals?

I think I have seen lulls in 2018, 2019, and this year. I think it is social among the readers.

Maybe its because of the summer.

Me too, I want to rage quit Instagram almost daily, I don't have twitter at all and I'm somewhat okay with Facebook. XD I'm not internet savvy.
