What is yore villains end game? how are they different compared to other villains? Don't forget to promote you're story to!
Alright so The blood king the first big villain that my main character (Lexy) Interacts with. The blood king is the typical big bad villain big brother scenario. But! What is different is his intentions is to have Lexy on his side. Not because he wants to use Lexy like a tool or something. But because he is a genuine older brother and just wants a decent relationship with his little sister.
But had no idea how to tell her "Hey I'm you're older brother and also a king in a magic world. I also have parental problems." But he's a villain for a reason because while he struggled with trying to find a way to tell Lexy. Lexy got involved in a rebellion that is set on killing him and using her to do so. Thus he was stuck battling with her quite a few times. SO yeah really intrested in what you guys say about you're villains her is my story!

This is not a history about "heroes".

Following that logic, there are no "villains" either.

In a world without a sun, you need to embrace the darkness that surrounds you in order to survive. So who could blame the eldest sister who abandoned her younger brother so they could see a tomorrow, or the boy who spilled blood for the sake of his own survival? Eomaia is an unrelenting Echidna, giving birth to abominations from what remains of its children.

Perhaps one could consider the Federal Goverment the "enemy" -- it's cruel, it's harsh, it's unyielding. It robbed Samuel of his sister, and of his freedom, but he's just a human -- what chance does he poses against those who keep Sorcerers on a leash?

So perhaps the "villain" of this story is the Sorcerer by the shore, but he too is just a victim, and his eyes -- oh his eyes -- are always so kind.

--or perhaps the king of this tragedy is simply "yourself"?

Then who will you oppose? Who will you follow? Those are the questions that await you should you try to unveil the "mystery" of this world -- the Throne of the Gods, and beyond.

I can't reveal the final boss yet, but the villain who gets the most screen time (and who hasn't appeared yet) is basically just a narcissist who wants the power and adoration that comes with being a cult leader. He isn't all that different from other villains -- he's based on real world cult leaders, and a few particularly toxic individuals that I've known, so it's not so much about making him unique as realistic.

In my story there are no true bad guys just a lot of shades of gray. Depending on who you talk to is who the bad guy is. At the start of my story it's Marcus very briefly. He want's to rule over the homeless network and kills to get his way. This is par for the course though for the streets (probably the only one who might be truly dark other than silvers father). There's Silver's father. You only know he's killed Silver's mother at the start. You find out much later he is the King of Hunters and Silver was a means to an end (yes, he is racist against creatures of lore he was conditioned that way by prior generations) to protect his kingdom, so the mother was in the way. Then there's Anubis hated by most gods for being "Evil", but he's really not he just does things to balance the universe good and evil. There's also the Dark One the opposite of the gods fighting for control of the universe, so hunters see him as good creatures and gods see him as evil. Heck there's even silver seen as evil for his criminal past even though he's trying to right his wrongs. Seen as evil by hunters for being a hybrid creature. Seen as a tool for both gods and the dark one. There's gods who hate gods and view each other as evil. AKA almost everyone is Gray.

The villain of Dreamcatcher hasn't been talked about very much, but they are an evil spirit who possesses one of the major characters, and appears childish and innocent on the outside but is a sadistic manipulator on the inside. Later on in the story they get a physical manifestation, so people can actually see them outside of their own minds.

I have several villains. Some are just looking for money and power, no ultimate endgame (that would be the street-level ones). However, my most recurring ones are looking for chaos and disorder, their leader specifically wanting to see all humans suffer. There is, though, another major villain in my series, who has been more in the shadows so far, but has directly intervened in one of the comic's issues. He's horribly bigoted and will not rest until all those he considers undesirable have been destroyed. The only ones he wants around are cisgender, straight, white, non-Hispanic, Christian, un-powered people with traditional values. Anybody who doesn't meet that description, or is an ally for any without that description, is considered an abomination in his eyes.

Not sure why, but it always seems worse when someone wants to eliminate certain types of people, rather than wanting to eliminate all people, at least to me.

So far the only mentioned villain is dead, the Necromancer, an enigmatic figure that terrorized the whole city the year before the start of the novel. He was capable of puppeteering dead bodies through a unknown combination of Spell Formulas and Cibus (A mystic enhancing mineral) The City Guard of Rigel, with Callis Nomene among them (One of the protagonists) managed to kill him during a confrontation in the city sewers.

I don't wanna spoil his appearance, because the next episode goes live November 14th, but I can tell you his name is Yuzo, also known as "The beautiful General".

Of Edrinian descent, Yuzo's leadership among the ranks of the Ki-Nattai, the main elite group of warriors of the Edrinian Defense Forces. His loyalty, charisma and striking beauty earned his status as one of the most cherished individual serving under the Council of Mayenia, the house of the 12 Elders who rule the planet in a unified government. He is the former lover of Rena, our silver haired elf protagonist.

Yuzo is fast, strong, fierce, efficient and lethal in combat and has an Arman-Plasma articulated whip forged to his specifications. When cracked, a devastating horizontal energy bolt is fired from the tip of the whip, slicing and cauterizing targets.

He showed some discontent with the pacifist stance adopted by the Elders, but remained loyal until the invasion of a Ha'Khek, a genetically engineered highly predatorial and powerful species, who caused unforeseen mayhem and deaths. The final straw was when his entire family was killed due to a decision by the Military Council sanctioned by the Elders of giving away a town for the invaders to ravage and slow down, allowing the military to reorganize their defenses for a final stand at the capital city of Mayenia, at the cost of thousands, his family among them.

He went berserk for this. Gathering support from other officers unhappy with the decisions of the council and staged a coup d'etat, killing the 12 elders and self-proclaiming the Ziar, the Earth equivalent of Generalissimo, seizing the power. A rebellion started almost immediately and a civil war broke out. Rena opposed him and Yuzo considered this a "betrayal of utmost degree". He ordered her aprehension and kept her as a prisoner and sexual slave for months before being rescued by the rebel forces.

After briefly recovering, Rena went back for an attempt of revenge and, after a fierce fight, branded his face, deforming his once beautiful appearance, escaping after the altercation. Yuzo eventually brought the rebellion to its knees and focuses all his resources on capturing Rena again. This time, for good.

Akala... her goal is world domination (so cliche I know ) from behind the scenes.

She thinks she's an empress

And she has an army of loyal soldiers

She is dark tetrad (narcissist, psychopath, machiavelian, sadist) but has a nice approachable friendly exterior.

She is a major illusion user. Like Uchiha Itachi, Madara, etc.

I have two villains. The side villain and the big villain.

The side villain is my female lead's family who aren't very good people. Many think they're nice because it's an act. Father hates her and prefers his affair child than her. The family kicked out the female lead because of her lack of magical abilities and hoped she died by the wilderness and if she survived one of her brothers, who is a knight uses the prince's knights to scout the city to make sure she doesn't come back. The affair child, the sister wants to become empress and is doing everything she can to get rid of any competition to be with the prince.

The big villain likes the female lead. He only likes her because of the chase and how she's not interested in him. He wants her to be his wife and will do anything to make that happened. He and his family is hiding a secret and they did something illegal and only a few know what they did. They're hoping to find him and hopefully no one would notice.

I GOT LOTS OF VILAINS, but here's the first one Saura encounters.... Meet Shadow, a dark ninja who's only goal is to pierce his master's human shell... What's inside that shell you may ask? We don't know yet, but nothing good if you ask me! Shadow has no heard and has an empty soul. He only has dark feelings. Maybe he is a puppet of something grearer than him?

My comic is mainly SOL, and some of the "villains" or antagonists are written with One Piece/ Dragon Ball in mind- they eventually become friends with the heroes. The big bad is the mayor of Toronto, Mister Mayor. He hates the poor, loves the police, and possesses dangerous combat skills. All based on real life, of course.

Most of the villains motives are tied to the power vacuum created by the god of death's disappearance. Everyone wants to get on top their own way.

Beros and other members of his family seek the God's spear that the protagonists do. Their aim is to gain the power bound within it.

Then there's power-tripping authoritarians like Inquisitor Akrael.

The Villain in my story is Mortis Rex, a necromancer serial killer that murdered the parents of the main character when she was twelve. Eight years later, Rex is back in town looking to start up another killing spree, but this time Kari (main character) isn't a little girl anymore, she's one of the most powerful necromancers in her city and has been working with the police department for years. And she's more than ready for a little revenge! Mortis Rex is a little different compared to other villains because he doesn't kill out of hatred or malicious intent, he just is conducting a kind of necromancy experiment on the city and doesn't really care if his participants are willing or not.
