All your base are Tapas.
Yeah, international shipping is O.O expensive. Like $15 USD to ship a $15 USD book and on top of that it takes around 3-4 weeks to arrive. So having someone be "Base" for their country would make way more sense and Tapas just do a mega ship a few times a year to refill whatever is used up after the initial sending of the booth in a box(s). Heck if someone is flying from country A to country B it would be cheaper/faster to put the stuff in the belly of the plane and then once arriving at country B, ship domestically or meet up the the Base creator.
That's an idea! An 8' retractable vertical banner that has Tapas logo on the top and then most of the front is printed in the Tapas pattern as a background:
You can Scotch Tape/Invisible Tape/Clear Tape to the front of a vinyl banner and not lift the ink. So what a creator can do is erect the banner and then tape posters to the front. Then remove the posters at the end of the con and roll the banner back up. Since the retractable banners can extend to any height if you don't want one behind the the table you could set it on the table and shorten the height. Or you could press the front of the banner right up against the back edge of the table and tape your art to everything between the height of the table and the top of the banner w/out covering up the Tapas logo.
