V is related to Darkseid, and I've been posting my comic since last year and so far haven't had any issues, with a disclaimer in the description of the comic that I don't own New Gods \ Darkseid \ other characters haha. Same with my Star Wars story. Also V could pretty much pass for a dark elf or something lol. If DC or Tapas suddenly decide to have an issue with my comic or fanworks in general then I'll just take it down, and if that happens they'll probably target the comic and not artwork that has a tiny little chibi of the character as a small part of it.
