Hey there! It's Valyson!
I did an experiment.
I wasn't getting much traffic on Tapastic, so I tried moving to webtoon and it has been much more successful. Here are the two links to the same comic, here and on webtoon.
http://www.webtoons.com/en/challenge/lanloden-story/list?title_no=4740956
https://tapas.io/episode/49738629

Why does the same comic have different numbers here, than on webtoons? Maybe because of
different audiences? Tell me what you think.

There are many topic that elaborates on this topic already if you wanna check out what other people's experience is.

The common result is that, yes, you will get a lot more exposure and subscribers/views on webtoon because obviously the reader base over there is approximately 5 or 6 times Tapastic. (Last I check the sites' visitors stat anyway)

Although there are still a few series that are successful here in Tapastic but somehow doesn't do well in Webtoon (for example, a lot of BL comics. Webtoon just doesn't favor LGTB content as much as Tapastic) So yeah I would say the audience's tastes are different too.

Closing thread because as @69Erocento mentioned this topic has been discussed in other threads. Please continue the conversation in any of the threads 69Erocento has generously linked to. Thanks!
