I usually answer all the messages of the people who donate ink in my webcomic, however for a week, I can only see those messages in the application, but they are not shown in "Support (in the Dashboard)" in the web version.
When I try to answer people from my cell phone, I get a message that says "we couldn't find anything you're lookinf for ..."
I don't think I'm getting the inks that people donate to me either.
I tried to communicate to Tapas, but it's impossible, they never reply to the email and I don't know how to use Discord, so I don't know how to send them a message there.
Has anyone had a similar problem? How can I contact someone Tapas who can help me?
