The captain looked at Savoy as if offended. She glanced to Scribbles who answered with a barely perceptible nod of his head. Captain Jazabel turned her eyes back to the healer. "Savoy, you say? We sail under no banner on my ship. As far as the empire knows, we do not exist. Be you good with that, Healer?"

Secret of Spellcasting: Savoy may call upon the generosity of elemental gods. The gods will grant specific favors to him or his patients. These favors are dependent upon Savoy's good standing in the eyes of his patrons. If he falls out of favor with any one of his patron gods, he may lose the corresponding spell.

Spell of the Earth God: For every point of Spirit Energy spent, one targeted character will receive one point of temporary Physical Energy. This may replenish lost Physical Energy or augment the target above his or her normal limit. The maximum is the number of points needed to raise the target's physical energy to 5, and the extra Physical Energy is temporary and expires after the current scene. As a secondary effect, this spell immediately triggers a Healing Scene which follows the current scene and replenishes all lost Physical Energy of the target. Cost: 1 to 5 Spiritual Energy
Spell of the Air God: For the duration of the current scene, one target will be able to function as if rested and at full health. Even if Physical or Mental Energy is depleted, the target will be able to make dice rolls at his or her full Physical and Mental natural attribute levels. Cost: none but a Supernatural Skill check is required.
Spell of the Fire God: By spending his own Spiritual Energy, the fire god will replenish any one depleted attribute of the target. This may be used no more than once per scene, but the effect is immediate and does not require a Healing Scene. Prolonged usage will result in premature and noticeable aging of the target. Cost: 2 Spiritual Energy
