It may be a need for reinvent yourself. I mean, to seek something that moves you in life. If you lack a purpose, go and find one. Routine may feel meaningless and a change in your routine may be what you need. I think it may feels like playing a videogame you already cleared. If that is the case there are some options:
"Self imposed challenges": challenge yourself to do something differently/better: for example, experiment with your artstyle while practising your drawings.
"Play another game": try different hobbies/career. Sometimes an activity doesn't fill people anymore, and it may be a need to do something new.
"Play with friends": sometimes sharing what you do, or doing it with someone else can be a boost to motivation.
If you are stuck, don't be afraid to ask for help.
If it is getting hard to wake up and you feel low of energy. Go to a doctor ASAP. You may have depression. If you have it, you need to get help.How you feel is not necesarily how things are. If they detect symptoms you will need treatment.
