Tough question, but I know where I stand with West and the NSFW tag. That is- I don't use it unless in extreme circumstances. I appreciate people are sensitive to different things but I'm not going to tag every single page with a swear word any more than I would censor myself in real life talking to friends. The characters are who they are. They get angry and they swear because they're human, like me. Personally I see nothing wrong with it, and that's not because I was raised in vulgarity, it's because I was raised with a sense of humour, a sense of context, and more importantly, an ability to appropriate.
This is an entertainment website, and if you shouldn't be on a site like this while you're at work then that's that. Likewise, if you're likely to be offended by profanity, nudity or anything else remotely adult then browsing an artist platform containing user-generated content is a gamble you choose to take. For god's sake, just remove yourself from the internet, TV, film and music industries altogether and save yourself the pain.
That said, West has no outright gore, sex, or nudity in it, though it does contain various adult themes that would land it safely in PG. My rule is to do it like Miyazaki would do it. If you'd see it in a Ghibli, you're alright.
NSFW is a tag to stop people who might get in trouble at work getting in trouble at work. It's not a moral compass.
