Traditionally drawn page + printed out digital sketches & backgrounds
I feel like I´m 100 times worse when I draw with a pencil and ink, but also
more productive and faster. Let´s see how I feel about this after doing 24
pages like that

I like her design. It's very bold and recognizable. Are her earrings dragonflies?

Yeah, for some reason I have two (very) short queens with albinism. Fortunately they look very different in every other way so hopefully no one will compare them (fingers crossed.) When I first designed Texas it wasn't canon that she had albinism, then my editor asked about it, and I realized that she probably did, so I did some research and realized it was possible for her to have albinism while still having dark hair like this baby:

Art I made tor a DTIYS on IG. I'm not good at rendering RN, but I'm still trying XD.

Sketch for page 2 panel 6 of a traditionally drawn comic I´m working on.
The main goal is to finish it and not to make it look good

I made a short incorrect quote comic of characters from my future webcomic New World New Me. I tested out making a font on my own and while I could have made it thicker it's still suitable. I do find something off with my lineart style so I'll change it to better fit what I want

@ArtGremlin omg you know I never noticed that detail, it’s literally gold I love that :sob: I’m gonna have to pay more attention to the book covers now!

@Leyelle Her earrings are dragonflies

I think Rubia and Texas look very different from each other! It is funny that they’re both short and albino though, but honestly I have alot of short plus size Mexican girls as main characters but I think they all have different looks too! Ngl though some of them are kinda similar so I’m working on that…

Still working on this but I got the three main characters finished!!

I have this problem too. many of my Ocs will start looking pretty similar and then I keep changing details until they're more distinct

oh, I love Nina's design. The way you drew the dress is so pretty too. I would definitely wear that fit

I did another sketch of Rose and Nives being "very-good-friends" to post on bluesky in a bid to attract my core audience.

Don’t worry. You haven’t missed anything. He hasn’t actually held/been around any of his beloved books. So far in the comic. Now that I think about it, I should’ve put some books around his room…

Sketches for page 3, the complete comic will have 24 pages.
I feel like I´m learning a lot from finishing traditional pages

Created another sketch to post on social media. This time I’m trying something a little bit spicier, but there is also a symbolic element to the drawing of where I plan the Corrine and Nives relationship is going to end up. The nudity is a metaphor for vulnerability.

Nouggunut (fantasy chestnut) tree. It's nice to draw trees again.
