Morning quick sketch.
No dairy / milk products since 4 weeks, my skin has never been better.
I also stopped drinking coffee because it didn´t taste good without milk

Loomis turnaround almost with no reference, still sounds amazing! True, your goal without sketching/ prep work sound like it would be a timesaver as you draw your exact vision That's so cool you seeing the results in your anatomy measurements, keep it up! Brings back memories of live drawing and anatomy classes, I never kept up with the exercises post studies so your practice is inspiring to see
Also nice sketch with girl and her luggage and didn't know that about milk, good to see positive results from it

@Lensing I suppose I will make this a short extra some times later ...after I finish the actual canon thing I'm already doing now xD
All that "two people wearing expensive suits meet at the bar at night, look at them playing with each other" is too non-canon to start with I guess it's the first time I have such an interesting combo of characters, they just give me a lot of inspiration.

Another attempt at using Calligraphr to make a font based on my own lettering

It definitely needs some tweaking. Some letters sit too close to their friends.

Looks great! I used Calligrapher to make my font, too (I think, it was years ago). It takes a couple of tries to get right but it's sooo worth it. I'm never going back.

I feel the best way to letter is by hand, but that's pretty much the hardest skill to develop and the least appreciated one in making comics.

Tweaked the font a bit. I might try it with a comic to see how it works in context.

I am currently destroying a GIF making website with 81 frames. I know that's not a lot but I have a tin can of a computer.

Early morning sketches of my OC
and a sketch for a record cover of a 7" vinyl single.

It´s my first release as a singer. The release is a fun & art project
for me and it has a message about the music industry.
The record will come out very limited. There will only be 5 copies.
One for each band member and only one will go into the sales.
The record price will be something like 200€, there will be no digital
downloads or cd´s, just that one vinyl single. It´s all down DIY

I have a show on saturday with one band and another recording
with another band. It´s crazy for me because it´s both as a singer,
I´m only singing since 2 years and I´m not really a singer.

I love the idea of you having a vinyl copy. Idk, it just sounds amazing. I don't think I ever heard music on vinyl, to be honest.

It´s something completely different for me to hear my music on vinyl with a selfmade cover artwork compared
to listening to a soundfile or a cd.

Of course, "sketch" is different for everyone, even for one artist it would vary depending on the day, and you can call literally every step before you consider the art finished "a sketch"? But I sure understand the sentiment, that's why going in Twitter is so hard, every Mona Lisa there is someone's daily sketch hahaha
