All I have time for today are some quick and fun Tyrion from RWBY.
These soft lines are killer
Me every day doing a comic that's all about fabric and still haven't learned to draw it properly...
But for real capes are cool. Edit: and armor doesn't seem like a walk in the park
Spirit birb
Next page!
i havent drawn for so long bc busy so im trying to pick up my tablet pen again @ - @ still gotta fix this on another day i'm free.(also i might change the expression or something. lots actually)
Work in progress. Long way to go. I think it's my most challenging undertaking yet. Slowly the sheep forms are starting to develop. Again, pardon my atrocious apartment lighting for emphasizing some of the balance issues. I'm hoping after cleaning up the contrast and form definitions I'll get to work on the fun part of the piece and give it personality.
Ooooh keep it up!! Great diagonal flow going on here.
Also are you right handed? You must be! I'm a lefty looking at this and thinking about how much the rings would be driving me crazy .
Suprised Allen.
I never even thought about that I wonder if lefties draw on the backsides of sketchbook pages
I always did! I don't miss ending up with pencil smeared all over my hand from writing on paper ;_;
Hey, another lefty here hahaha. I usually do either draw on the back sides of pages, or sometimes even just flip the sketchbook upside down to make sure I don't waste any pages. The rings really DO get in the way.
A monster. Inspired by lampreys and star nosed moles.
And a Luffy.
I discovered today that when it comes to traditional...I really dislike drawing in pencil. Pen is my favorite, even for sketches.
I'm currently working on some more designs for later in the comic. I'm unlikely to use this one, but I loved how the sketch turned out.
Very cool concept though!
Sometimes messy sketches are the most fun. I've got ink all over my hands XD
I phoned it in today, shhhhhh. It's been a long week!
Happy Friday, sketchers!!
Not a character sketch but I did doodle this for my weekly event.
