These and the two above are cover layouts for the comic I working on. I've been stuck with government/ collapsing healthcare system bullshit for the past month or so but it looks like there might be a light at the end of the tunnel soon.

Annoying IRL stuff aside, I'm feeling like I pruned the comic down well enough to become something managable. I need to finish thumbnailing the final two scripts so keep yer eyes crossed for me.

The first drawing is showing the characters above the hole as Ethan is pulling him up and after few adjustments, I think that works... however, does this make Lyza look sank inside the turf or does this look fine from the perspective?

I have had so much help for this dumb, stupid, freaking, panel. I am just figuring out line art width. However, I have taken a joyous step and started to do my final line arts with... pencil. Like, a pencil brush. They ain't gonna be perfect, but I am sick of all the exact, on point stuff.

Yeah the perspective on this panel is rad! The second one definitely looks more "correct" (like feels like there's more depth) to me and it's clear I think what's going on, especially if you've got additional context.

Trying to try a pride thing and this has taken me ages. Need to rework the face a bit. It's difficult when you are still learning your own style and things change constantly. Comparing now (still a sketch) to the first time I drew her. Have I improved? Idrk at this point lol.
