The comic I´m working on right now has elephants, birds, tigers and so on and I never draw animals.
What I´m trying to do right now is to study animals and then try to draw them from memory without
looking at reference pictures. This makes it easier to be able to draw them in my style

two character design sheets I was working on for a new comic I hope to debut this year. Introducing Chili and Texas!

This'll probably be a banner or promo, but so far it's just a rough sketch.

A few characters from the comic I'm hoping to debut this year

Drew three of my four female leads. The first and the last are from my novels "Rigamarole" and "Damsel in the Red Dress" the middle one is from my comic "Sketchy Business."

It's clearly a special occasion, because Leia (first image) doesn't usually wear makeup. That's her little brother's gig.

Your drawing of Scamp and Sarah at the beach looks great so far! I love the way you've captured the playful vibe. It reminds me of when I first started getting serious about drawing. I used to sketch at the beach too, trying to capture the energy of the ocean.
When I started out, I was always looking for ways to improve. I eventually discovered a fun art community and started sharing my work, and the feedback was invaluable. It reminded me of when I took music lessons online at www.artmaster.com. Having access to great resources and feedback made a huge difference in my progress. It's amazing what a supportive community can do for your skills.

Thank you very much!!! Funny you mention that because I think Ive only ever brought a sketch book to the beach or pool once, and I dont think I did anything with it while I was there lmfao XD

New story, new concept sketches. Probably the easiest part of the whole process. :cry_01:

Page 4 panel 4 of a 20 page comic I´m working on

Regina in her chinchilla fur coat and her cheating husband Richard.

Regina is based on a lady that I met 9 years ago on a busride from Berlin
to my hometown. The grumpy lady put a bag on the free seat next to her,
so nobody would sit down. Then a shy kid was getting on the bus and
looking for a free seat, I could see that the kid was looking uncomfortable
to look for a free seat and too scared to ask the lady. I helped the kid to find
a seat and planned to put the grumpy lady in a comic one day and make
her suffer. Now she is married to a real scumback husband who cheats and
lies to her.

I dressed her up in a chinchilla fur coat because it fits to her personaitiy

Now that is a lovely origin story for such a horrid curmudgeon.

I really dig how you can express yourself, I´m learning new words with
every comment

Right on! I'll also keep in mind to have my musings retain a certain musical/rock-a-billy sensibility to aid any of your future lyrics (for your various musical endeavors) :joy:
