its october, the days are getting shorter, we are coming to the end of another year and during this time last year i had CRIPPLING depression, kept thinking about death and where my life is going... i dont wanna put up with that again this year
its bad enough that during this time, you go temporarily colour blind by being outside because theres just TOO MUCH WHITE
ANYWAY so one night while chatting to @Lucazu, she mentioned getting a therapy lamp, what it does is replicate sunlight, read up on it and heard it helps with winter depression
this sounds awesome, i look up online and they are super expensive :D.... as if my mom will let me spend $100 on a lamp... so i ask the people who owns one........................ do they work?
does it help?
....are there ones that help that are affordable?
also clarifying now... if you even as so suggest medication, im going to ignore it, seems harsh but i have my reasons why
