Things to draw for your webcomic

After publishing my webcomic i started lurking around and looked at other creators' works
I noticed that most of them usually draw an ending page for every chapter where they draw themselves or their characters and sharing their social medias, does drawing this thing make it look prettier?
I don't know, i'm a rookie when it comes to publishing webcomics.
Are ther any other things like this one that you do for your comic? how do you make it look attracting?

Always nice to introduce yourself a little. Especially if you have more stuff to show besides this particular webcomic.
I usually like to read few words from backstage. It also give reader more ways to engage with author in comments.

I see, this sounds indeed like and interesting and smart idea!
For the first chapter i published i introduced myself into the creator's notes but it looked a little bit dull.

Indeed a better way to write this kind od content is putting it at the end of episode.
I do this without any additional drawing, just few lines of text. Into creators notes I drop something like 'thanks for reading/coming back. See you soon.'

In-between chapter content is usually just "bonus" and can be anything you want! In addition to backstage sneak peaks like mentioned above, it can be a place to put stuff that wouldn't fit in the main comic such as:

• Gags and fun jokes that happened while Serious Action was underway
• Character bios/sketches
• Worldbuilding textwalls

Or just things that are tangental to the comic:

• Art you drew, AUs,
• Holiday-themed greetings
• Style changes, anime/tv show tributes
• Q&As, either written by you (if you want to only have specific questions answered, similar to character bio) or from your readers

And that's just off the top of my head! And, of course, you don't have to do any of that if you don't want to. If it's not fun, don't bother

I'd consider preparing a intermission/sorry message for times when you might not be able to make deadlines.
