Thoughts on our new cover?

Took people's thoughts into account and made this.

What y'all think?

We wanted to explore the shoujo side a little more while doubling down on the "two worlds concept".

We tried being something like this:

I really like it - it suits your series so well.

I like it! It feels oddly dynamic to me considering the mix between the shoujo and stick sides integrating in this one pose along with some foreshortening on the hands.

I can also see that you did draw inspiration from the respective tapas premium covers, but yours has such a unique thing going for it that I prefer it to them.

Yeaaaaah... a bit tricky considering the fact that all stick figures look alike. Does anyone else also see that?

I agree with @powerplantanimations that the stickfigure lines read unclear in this instance but I do love the concept! It seems to fit your story very well and it's very original!

Thanks! But yeah, let's see if we can clear it up. I do think the building and tree doesn't help in the stick figure side.

I think this is pretty amazing! Communicates tone, style, and eye catching characteristics well.

The only thing I'd change, and this is REALLY nitpick and only if you still feel like something's lacking, is making the flowers on the stick figure side suck a bit more. The sparkles look drawn enough, but the flowers feel a little too perfect even if they're stamps or something - maybe that stock flower drawing that barely looks like a daisy?

Ah okay. So making it feel like someone half-assed it? Yeah that would actually be an interesting take. Probably make it look like this:

I'll actually incorporate that once we got the new banner done.

Wouldn't say half assed, but in line with the theme of stick figures, thick lines and little detail fits best. Something like those flowers does work!
