Tipping, Ad Revenue, and Keys

Hello! So I started my first comic series which is about 5 episodes in now. I wanted to know how to/if my tipping is turned on? I don't know how to tell if it is on or not or how to do it. Or do I need to talk to someone to enable that?
Secondly, I also noticed that 400+ ads were on my comic were shown, but I only made 3 cents. I don't understand how you calculate the amount of money I receive per ad.

Thirdly, I was wondering how Keys work exactly. For all those coins you trade in for a key, does the comic creator then receive the coins? Finally, if you do decide to make your comic cost keys, how do you enable it? Who do you contact? If you understand, could someone please explain these to me? Thank you so mucH.

I think tip you need to email to have access to it (but might have change since)
As for the ad revenue, first it depend on when this ad got seen, every day the ad revenu is reset, so if you got less then one cent of ad impression it wont add to the next day. second, a 100 ad impression is around 1 to two cent
The key from the app, it is a special program if I am not wrong, and so it is only for some partner comic with tapas (but if I am wrong someone correct me ^^)

You need to email @michaelson in order to enable tipping, they have to do it by hand in order to prevent fraud.

I'm not that well versed in how ad revenue works, but views and ad impressions are different, Tapas takes 25% (I think) of your ad revenue to run their site, and since it's wired through PayPal, there are a couple of other fees I think. Other than that, Ads only make fractions of a cent per view, so ads just don't make much money until you have a lot of ad impressions.
Disclaimer: I'm not in the ad revenue program myself so I don't know how it works, but this is what I've heard.

Keys work like this: in order to view episodes, your readers will have to purchase keys with Tapas coins that can be bought with real money or earned by watching ads (but you only get like 10-30 coins per ad).
Disclaimer: I'm not in the key system so the rest is what I've heard.
Each key your readers buy is worth a certain amount of Tapas coins and those coins are turned into real money for creators. I think keys are an exclusive thing, so if you want to enable them you'd probably have to talk to Tapas' editor in chief: michaelson@tapasmedia.co, but I think you have to have a really big comic in order to get it enabled.

Yes, you should get an email. But alternativly you can ask a friend to check if they can tip you already via the app or not.
