Use of tags for your comic

Hi guys,

I was wondering: When you upload a new comic panel, you can add tags. For me it means that people could look for comics in the search bar and find them if they have the right tag. I tried that but it doesn't seem to be the case. I only find comics with the keyword in the title or the category.

Sooooooo, if you can't find a comic by tag on top of title and category, what are those tags for? Did I miss something here?

As far as I know, they don't have any function yet (except for inserting secret messages to readers ; ) but they might be useful in the future : O

yeah I've stopped tagging for the time being.

It will be functional in a future build of the site, currently it just adds SEO value to individual episodes. We will be exploring more ways to surface episodes for readers (i.e. if you're interested in cat episodes you'd be able to search for "cats" and it'd bring you up episodes tagged accordingly).

It will potentially also be used to help moderators organize episodes together to make more feeds at a rapid pace Hope this clarifies it!

Ah ha! That explains it. I wanted to tag all my characters to determine which showed up most often, and then felt silly when the names were not click-able, as if there were some feature in place to make keywords not work unless more than one person used them, at which point I felt most foolish. Now I only feel somewhat foolish.

Ok so I realise tags are not fully implemented on the site yet, but is anyone actually able to tag their comics or individual issues at the moment?
whenever I save a tag, its not there after I return to the page,
anyone else have this problem?
