There's a lot of interesting and useful tools and services online that can help with your project. There'a few I'm already using myself but ocasinally I'm going to a quest of finding new ones. So here I'd like to share my findings focusing mostly on free to use sources.If you feel like you can contribute and share your own favourite links - feel free to do so.

So to begin, there's Adobe Color which is elaborate color wheel allowing you to create color harmonies, extract color pelettes from pictures and use it all in your project.

Subtle Patterns is a library of... subttle seamles backgrounds. So far it contains 500 designs that ere free for use personal and comercial use... But crediting the source is required, You can reed more about the licensing in the FAQ section.

I've got a site you can use for ambient noise to help you focus, for artists with auditory processing issues or short attention span! It can also be used by writers, obviously.
I've got auditory issues myself, so to focus on art and writing I need specific types of audio.

Plain Pattern is service that allows you to create seamless SVG based tiled patterns. You can upload your own image but also they provide a bunch of their designs.

Photoshop online is... Photoshop online. Naturally, the optionality is limited and currently it only works with JPEG files lesser than 16 megapixeels. No registration needed, and you can save the result on your PC.

i found this one today but it's a pose-able 3d model! offers simple male/female and anime/non anime models, simple pose presets and hand poses that you can also make small changes to yourself. it is a bit basic as it's main platform is mobile but still works very well!

Awesome site to learn about colours in movies\cartoons and how they are used.

As a graphic designer I really love to analize the comosition of different art pieces. There's a Polish artist - Mariush Levandovsky, and he's so great, not with composition building itself but rather at "progremming" of the sequence reading, if it makes sense. I gue's I'll make a thread dedicated to him, just cause it's such a great axample to learn from.

I’ll recommend Vectornator -
It’s a free app you can get on your iPad (I know it’s iOS, don’t know about android and others) but it’s basically a free version of Adobe Illustrator. I’ve used it to design / vectorize lots of things, it’s really good!!!!
