You only have one upload up so far, so there's not a whole lot to critique yet. That in mind, here you go:
Pacing
Things move at a relatively steady pace. You can tell what's happening the whole time, and the Alien reveal was well-telegraphed. That said, spend some more time in the thumbnail stage. Think about whether each panel is necessary to your story and cut it if it isn't. There are several sections, like on the first page, where you could get a better joke delivery with one more detailed panel than several small ones.
Characters
They're fine so far, I suppose. You have nerd guy and secret superman, somehow they're friends.
They neither interested me or disinterested me - nothing happened that I didn't expect, except maybe that Superman-Goku is willing to kill people casually. They don't yet show any traits that make them stand out in any way.
Art Style
Clearly DBZ-inspired, very amateur. For that level, it's fine. If you want to draw muscly lead characters, you should spend some more time learning anatomy and posing. Really envision the characters as 3D beings in your mind, look at some references that aren't cartoons. Otherwise, keep working on your fundamentals and developing your skills! Comics are hard!
Otherwise
Keep practicing your writing and art skills! Creating a regular comic takes a lot of work and discipline, I hope you stick with it.
