Just wanted to let everyone know that the submission rules say to add either (H) for Heart or (B) for Brain at the end of your title

Not entirely sure why since you can select which category you're entering, but make sure to do that!

I'm guessing it's an easier visual cue for people who want to avoid possibly horror-based B stories?

Hmm I’ve never posted Webtoons before, but I’m hoping the ratings aren’t a deterrent for readers... Mines dropping pretty fast, and I’ve seen some people at like 5/10 when they really deserve a higher score! Is this normal?

I'm quite surprised that they made entirely new genre for the contest. That means, it will stay there for...ever?

Ratings work like this: You get a 10 on default, and if a person gives you a 9, it'll drop. If a person gives you, like, a 2, it'll drop to maybe 6 or 7. Your ratings are affected more visibly if you have less people giving you any. The more you do, it'll be harder to do so. Ratings don't really matter, though, not really. Engagement via likes and comments are more important, iirc

Honestly I read the category as "heart" and not "heartwarming" but eyyyy it's too late now to give it a happier ending!

hmmm seems like too much for just this topic but I'd be down with one meant for general support and generating excitement to produce online toons...I'd been stuck writing and designing the same world for about a year and this short story concept has finally given me an idea/way to start it at least somewhat.

Would also be helpful for discussing further contests from either platform and maybe even start discord contests just for more motivation and excitement. At least I really needed it and found both this forum and the contest to be very helpful
