So I had planned to work an average of 5 hours a day on this and so far have a story with dialogue written (4 chapters), 3 character designs out of 7, and 3/4 monster designs. I have some background + environment designing to do (bc they in a dungeony thing)...and then actually making comic. Do you guys think I need to ramp up production hours or will I barely make it?

honestly production speed depends on the complexity of what you're trying to produce. maybe you could lump together the content easiest to produce first, and then do the harder, longer stuff later? And then see if you need to amp up production hours.

Also I have no idea how are you making the best characters, but you're nailing it this is an awesome episode! How many episodes are you planning?

makes sense...sadly I'm pretty much finished with the easiest thing which were the monsters but these characters are killing me -.- I have their personalities and dynamics written out but designing the proper faces for what I imagined is hard. Rn I'm struggling with one of the two female chars because I suck at drawing female faces (always look like men -.-) and her hair is a mess...my main worry is the actual time it takes to produce the panels because this is the first time I'm making one watercolor

hooo boy watercolor. like traditional? that's gonna take a long time. or do you have a digital technique for that? as for characters - well there's no way to speed that up other than practicing oops
