as for the lady: i call the hair in front of the ears sidelocks tbh it's long enough, and as for the hair, if you can't figure out how to draw it right-looking, try to do it without your hair? logically, if her bangs are tucked behind her ear, there prolly shouldn't be any sidelocks in front of the ear, cause it'd cause her bangs to fall. since she's very cold, I'd personally go for a hairstyle that makes her look more severe? like a tight hairbun, not a single hair out of place. nothing but practicality. if you'd rather stick with the long loose hair, you could merge the bangs and the sidelocks, or lose the sidelocks completely
