Were there always ads on all of the comics?

Cause this feels new to me. is my browser or my country just slow on the uptake as far as ads on tapastic go?

For as long as I've been here, I think there's always been ads at the bottom of each comic series. If you have ad blocking software, you don't see them though. (not recommend for site like these that need the support of ad revenue but just a thought)

I dont do ad blockers for that reason

I turn off ad block for this site. O)
The ads aren't even intrusive. It also only counts views, not clicks.
