I haven't been around much longer (6 months, as of yesterday), but I'd say based on the metrics you've got on your comic, you're doing just fine. For contrast, here are my comic's stats:
Episodes: 29
Views: 2.3K
Subscribers: 61
I average 1-2 subscribers a week (I post weekly, and haven't missed an update), although I actually lost a subscriber this week, after my recent post. So yeah, you've been around less time, have fewer episodes, have a much simpler art style (It's well done, it's just very, very different from mine), and are, by the numbers, doing much better than me.
I think there's something to be said for genre/tone (Jump Hero is brightly colored, looks cute and fun, and seems friendly to jump into), format (yours is scroll format, mine's page format... and good lord, my comic does NOT lend itself well to being altered to scroll format...), and other factors that I can't judge here, like visibility on social media, or existing fan base.
Some people explode out of the gate, and others get there more tortoise-like, and you'll drive yourself crazy by trying to figure out why. Just keep posting!
