What is considered "good" varies from person to person. I'd say the most simple way to gauge a good comic is if the reader wants to actually keep reading it lol. Every reader has a different motivation: Does the story hook them, do they want to see a relationship dynamic unfold, do they just like the art, etc.
Here's what I believe you should focus on improving, mostly regarding art since I think thats my personal strong point and I'm more confident critiquing it:
-There is a lot of inconsistencies. For example, the blacks here are two different shades (really noticable when you're reading the comic):

-Areas like this are messy, there is a merit in a messy art style but this is just generally unclean because your art is breaking outside the gutter space:

-The edges in these text bubbles are incomplete

-Grammar needs improvement, I'm actually not sure what is being said here. If english is not your first language then maybe you might be able to hire an editor? (This should be: I've enchanted your necklace. If you ever want to talk, call out with your heart and I'll hear you. Okay?)

-Because of your scratchy lines, your color doesn't fill properly. It leaves it looking incomplete. I recommend focusing on more steady linework, right now you don't seem to be confident in your lineart so you're doing chicken scratch. Here's a site with a very basic overview of creating more confident lineart.

I think some of the things I pointed out here might be you spending less time on the art because I notice in earlier episodes there isn't inconsistencies in the color of the gutter space, and you fill in the color completely with no white space between the lines. Definitely slow down, and focus on creating nice clean chapters rather than just focusing on getting it out- Especially since you're on discover with no deadline!
Overall, really focus more on your grammar. I have a hard time understanding what's going on because the sentences have no commas or periods generally. And improving your artwork wouldn't hurt either, really go read that article I posted earlier about improving your linework. Look online for courses in all the basics: Anatomy, color usage, composition, expression, etc etc. I think you could improve in all areas.
It's very admirable though that you have a comic you've updated so much and are focused on improving! Keep moving forward.
