In my comic's current arc I did some writing between my protagonist and my antagonist to compare and be a contrast between both of them and their different character traits and it seems no one notices it at all, it sorta sucks because in my previous comic i usually just wrote characters and stuff on a fly and didn't try to make the characters have these sort of subplots or dynamics between each other.
Starting off the arc- My protagonist gets thrown into the plot by someone that wasn't lying but wasn't being completely transparent but still went along with it when he had no obligation to do so, while my antagonist gets thrown into the plot by someone that was lying but now has decided to go along with it due to his obligations.
My protagonist is filthy rich and the antagonist is poor and lives in one of the poorest towns, a literal swamp town, made of mostly wood.
My protagonist in a situation where his companions got hurt was more angry about his private jet than his companions, the antagonist after seeing his companions had been hurt immediately goes into fight mode to avenge them even tho he was led into the situation by a lie.
The protagonist acts like a bad person even tho he's meant to be the good guy in the story and the antagonist acts like the good guy even tho as an antagonist one would assume he should be a bad person.
There are other contrasting traits i want to add later on as their fight continues, its just something i was enjoying doing but no one seemed to have noticed it so far, maybe I'll add some parts in my comics where the other characters point that out for any readers even tho i didnt want to be blatantly spoonfeeding it especially since a lot of my readers notice other things I do from the get go.
Are there stuff like that you did in your comic that no one seemed to point out or notice?
You can also feel free link your comic for promotional purposes as well so everyone can check it out
