It's time...time to revisit the album that really opened my eyes to technical playing. While Megadeth isn't quite the highest level of that, this album has something so many others have never recreated. There's a sound this album has...it's just good. There's no other way to describe it. Good.

(Chiptune)

Really enjoy listening to these guys =) I'd prefer the English singers, but oh well, they are fun enough in Russian ^^

(Southern Hardcore)
I love the album ender, it's such a neat little sad and haunting bluegrass instrumental. I want to find more like this.

(Pirate Metal)
Running Wild often has this Celtic feel to their riffing that I love so much. It's not that surprising, because their love of Thin Lizzy is obvious, Gary Moore frequently draws from that sound in his guitarwork.

An album that transcends genres. I consider this to be in my top ten all time albums, it's a masterpiece.

I adore this song. And feel every moment of the seafaring adventure described within.

When the pre-solo bridge kicks in, I can just feel the ship cresting a dangerous wave

Then, as the guitar solo flies through my ears I can see the crew wrangling the sails as breakers threaten to flood the ship.

Post solo bridge, I can see the captain panic as the ship careens toward deadly rocks. But as the song winds to a close, he's got his crew running smoothly despite the troubles and they manage to navigate safely away.

Cameo is literally everything! Happy to see someone else here that's in to old school funk!

I have a very diverse range of music that I listen to, but this is the kind of stuff that's been in my playlist lately. It's an entire mood right now.

That's a band I haven't gotten into yet. They're a Folk Metal band right? (One of the few metal genres I don't listen to often.)

(Melodic Death Metal)

(Slamming Deathcore)

My tastes have changed a lot in the last few years. I used to think this stuff was garbage. I wonder what else I'll grow to like musically.
