Here's a few of my favorite Dark Moor songs. One of the things Iove about them is the classical music influence. They have very intelligent lyrics and songwriting abilities across the board.
This is the one that introduced me to the band.
Silver Lake goes down in my personal list of songs that have incredible intro sections. And it's one of my all time favorite songs across the board.
And this one is just a great example of of all around musicianship.
This one gives me chills. The introduction is so interesting.
This one is based around Beethoven's 5th symphony.
And one more. After this album, for me Dark Moor lost a certain...spark they had. It all comes down both to production, and they stopped relying on guitar to add flair, heaviness and personality to the songs, instead using a lot of orchestral elements, which for me was a bit sad, because I never quite connected with them after this album.
