Those are my favorite movies, not the one I think are the best. Like Incendies is probably better than all of those, but fuck me, I’m not watching that 130 minutes of misery again.

6 - XXX (Don’t @ me. This stupid movie is like a time capsule of everything I liked when I was 11.)

5 - Spirited Away (Hate to be this basic, but it really is that gorgeous of an experience.)

4 - Star Wars trilogy (The films that inspired my style of storytelling. Hard to separate them in my mind, so they come as a package deal.)

3 - Inside Out (Really went through some shit when I first saw this. Even now the theme song makes me tear up. And no, it’s not because of Bingbong.)

2 - Amazing Spider-Man (the film that made me fall in love with my favourite superhero all over again. Andrew Garfield is still my number one Peter, though Tom Holland is pretty close.)

1 - Back to the Future (the movie I turn to when I need cheering up. It’s hard to put into words how perfect it is to me.)
