"Excercise and eating healthier" is a pretty good summary of what I do as well, if you add in "attempt to sleep properly".
I go on long walks as frequently as the weather permits, I try to eat a bunch of fruit every day (I'm a very, very picky eater, but I do what I can to fix that), and I'm also doing my best to sleep as much as possible.
... And that last bit might make me sound lazy, until I tell you that I average about 4 hours of sleep a night. I am and always have been an incredibly restless sleeper, and I've also fallen into the terrible habit of managing stress and anxiety by sleeping less and less, because I thought that more hours awake equalled more work done.
Listen to auntie, kids, and don't do this. It's a bad, bad idea, and all it will lead to is you being perpetually exhausted and therefore more prone to being anxious or stressed or sad. Eat your greens and sleep properly.
