Oh my goodness, this ^ I've noticed that this hasn't been an issue with most of my artist friends since I'm guessing most artists are interested in anything visual and also know about fashion, yet I've never really thought about it before I started drawing OCs and such. I have to admit that I sometimes even ask my little sister for advice on clothing, both in drawing and real life. It's just that I've always hated spending money so I looked more at the price tag than if something fit together in an outfit. For me it's just: shirt, pants, done. I'm trying to get away from that a little hahaha
Backgrounds, landscapes, robotic/technologic stuff, perspective, buildings, fighting action.... that makes quite a lot
-Backgrounds (this is kinda weird actually, because in my younger days I was actually REALLY GOOD with them. Like, my old comics are a little cringy storywise but my bg's were ON POINT. And I didn't even have digital art to help me back then! What happened...?!)
-Cars. I cannot car. Even my tracings of cars look stupid...
-Feet. I actually can draw them, but the skill tends to ebb and flow for some reason. Like I can draw two feet, same size, same pose, and one will look expert and the other will look like a blob. It's extremely annoying.
-Detailed things; anything that is even remotely detailed. I think it's just because I lack patience. A lot of the things on this list are probably because I don't have any patience. XD Last year I actually started re-training myself to draw more slowly in order to cut down on mistakes; that's how bad it's gotten without me even realizing it. =/
Nah man I have a terrible fashion sense; I usually just wear a plain-colored shirt and jeans. Which I guess leads me to the more abstract issue of like, picking clothes that suit a character? I have a pretty poor sense of what looks good on who, or what matches a character's personality, etc. Maybe I just need to look into fashion trends more specifically, haha.
EVERYTHING UNDER THE BLOODY SUN!!!
but right now texture I am struggling with texture =C

Everything? xD
Especially clothing wrinkles and folds, feet, shoes, guns, water and wind, dynamic scenes in general x.x
Probably a weird answer, but I struggle to make a drawing look... dark I often go for weird, schizophrenic, claustrophobic atmosphere, but I just can't get a handle of doing it right. I have a feeling that everything I draw looks like it depicts events taking place during the day... while a lot of them are supposed to be happening at night! If I were to pinpoint one specific area where I fail, I would say I don't have the balls to simply fill a large chunk of a panel with black color. A weird problem to have, I suppose.
c r o w d s, jesus christ. so many people when i could rather be drawing beautiful scenery or ocs i actually care for XD i dunno, filler stuff, all the filler stuff, basically. i don't mind backgrounds too much, tbh, but i definitely prefer drawing people.
texture as in what? : 0 like uhhhhh on fabric and stuff?
not weird at all! i have the same problem, though differenti cant make things looks dark or serious, everything i draw turns out cute...i once tried to make a scene look scary and build up to something but when i asked my friend how it looked she said everything was too bright and soft
clothes, fabric, dirt, scales, stone, water (OH GOD WATER), skies, scales, hair, fur, gravel, wood, grass, bush, metal, rust, fruits, feathers, glass and EVERYTHING UNDER THE BLOODY SUN!!!! DX
life is pain and suffering =p
Old men. After a figure drawing class of staring at naked old men for a whole semester I can't draw them without horrible flashbacks.A more serious answer would be backgrounds. I'll draw people and creatures any day, but if I can dodge a background, I'm going to.
