The bright colors in the foreground definitely make it stand out, though the white background is a bit stark (possibly more so because it's being presented against the white of the forums, so bear that in mind), though I wouldn't put anything to bright back there, as you don't want it to distract from the foreground elements.
Is the title interesting?
It's not really the kind of title I would pick up, mostly because romance isn't my thing, but I feel like there are a lot of people who are into romance and would find it appealing.
Is the blurb/story description attention grabbing?
It reads like something cute and fluffy, but then that last line makes it sound like there could be something sinister going on, which gets my attention. I love secrets!

No, as previously mentioned I don't usually pick up romance titles, but it is a very popular genre so I imagine a lot of people would be interested.
